I recently received a sewing machine from my mother. It was a Janome sewing machine. I was surprised when she gave it to me to use.

My first thought was to go find some fun fabrics to use for my project. It sounded really fun. It was my first time using a sewing machine.

My first project was to sew a dress that I could wear. I got some printed fabrics and gave it a go. Before I knew it I was sewing dresses and even making a fabric weight to use for my sewing projects.

I am want to make a book of different fabrics that I would like to use to make extravagant dresses. I think that making a Black formal dress. I could also make traditional dresses.

I can make scarves and design some fun printed fabric. I would like to make a quilt for my mother. I would make it a mermaid themed one using different shades of blue.

I could also make myself a green one made from different shades of green and make it a forest themed quilt.
